This study aimed at recognizing the impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan, the axes of the strategy were: informative sharing, free and independence, working teams, and organizational power. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire is designed and distributed on the sample of the study, which represented 60 employees of Banks. After analyzing the data by using SPSS, the study resulted that there is positive impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan. It suggested that the working banks in Jordan should establish database, and to create working teams.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of different dietary fat on carcass traits in Japanese quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica). A total of 168 7-week-old Japanese quail (48 males and 120 females) were used in this study. They were evenly distributed into 4 treatment groups, with 3 replicates per group containing 4 males and 10 females each.         Chemical polymerization produces polyaniline in two concentrations (0.02,0.05g) at room temperature. The reaction of polymerization was exothermal in nature. The characterization peak was observed in the FTIR range between 1470 and 1560cm^-1which defined benzenoid and quinoid ring. To find out the effects Fe₂O_3, this investigation was carried out with two weights of Fe₂O₃ (0.05 and 0.02 g). In the experiment part, 32 mice were separated into eight groups, as indicated.
