In this paper a method  to determine whether an image is forged (spliced) or not is presented. The proposed method is based on  a classification model to determine the authenticity of a tested image. Image splicing causes many sharp edges (high frequencies) and discontinuities to appear in the spliced image. Capturing these high frequencies in the wavelet domain rather than in the spatial domain is investigated in this paper. Correlation between high-frequency sub-bands coefficients of Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) is also described using co-occurrence matrix. This matrix was an input feature vector to a classifier. Abstract

Word repeating is language items used for strengthen the meaning and riching the expression. By this view, Ural Batır epic is a good example for word repeating units. In this paper, Ural Batır epic’s word repeating has been presented by classification.

     In this paper, some conditions to guarantee the existence of bounded solution to the second order multi delayed arguments differential equation are given. The Krasnoselskii theorem used to the Lebesgue’s dominated convergence and fixed point to obtain some new sufficient conditions for existence of solutions. Some important lemmas are established that are useful to prove the main results for oscillatory property. We also submitted some sufficient conditions to ensure the oscillation criteria of bounded solutions to the same equation.
