Technological development in recent years leads to increase the access speed in the networks that allow a huge number of users watching videos online. Video streaming is one of the most popular applications in networking systems. Quality of Experience (QoE) measurement for transmitted video streaming may deal with data transmission problems such as packet loss and delay. This may affect video quality and leads to time consuming. We have developed an objective video quality measurement algorithm that uses different features, which affect video quality.      NS-2 is a tool to simulate networks and events that occur per packet sequentially based on time and are widely used in the research field. NS-2 comes with NAM (Network Animator) that produces a visual representation it also supports several simulation protocols. The network can be tested end-to-end. This test includes data transmission, delay, jitter, packet-loss ratio and throughput. The Performance Analysis simulates a virtual network and tests for transport layer protocols at the same time with variable data and analyzes simulation results based on the network simulator NS-2.

The chloroform solvent was used with C47 dye in three different concentrations 10-4, 10-5 and 10-6 M.    The research aims to measure the accounting conservatism practice of listed companies in the Iraq stock exchange using Basu model to measure the degree of accounting conservatism in a sample of companies of (21) companies for the period from 2007 to 2011, the researcher found that most of the listed companies in the market exercised accounting conservatism when measurement and disclosure of the result of the activity and financial position and there is a variation in the degree of accounting conservatism between economic sectors , which included banking , investment , insurance , industry , agriculture , tourism and hotels.
