In this paper, suggested method as well as the conventional methods (probability
plot-(p.p.) for estimations of the two-parameters (shape and scale) of the Weibull
distribution had proposed and the estimators had been implemented for different
sample sizes small, medium, and large of size 20, 50, and 100 respectively by
simulation technique. The comparisons were carried out between different methods
and sample sizes. It was observed from the results that suggested method which
were performed for the first time (as far as we know), by using MSE indicator, the
comparisons between the studied and suggested methods can be summarized
through extremely asymptotic for indicator (MSE) results by generating random
errors with W(1, 1) and with generating with N(0,
2 ) at the first contrast (1,
1).The suggested method was reported better performance through the sequentially
status of ascending ordered for assumed initial contrast parameters, specially with
generating of random error with W (1, 1) cooperation with generating of N (0,δ) in
the simple linear regression equation.
In this study, from a total of 856 mastitis cases in lactating ewes, only 34 Streptococcus agalactiae isolates showed various types of resistance to three types of antibiotics (Penicillin, Erythromycin and Tetracycline). St. agalactiae isolates were identified according to the standard methods, including a new suggested technique called specific Chromogenic agar. It was found that antibiotic bacterial resistance was clearly identified by using MIC-microplate assay (dilution method). Background: Multiple myeloma (MM) is a malignant clonal expansion of plasma cells. Previous studies had demonstrated that both bone marrow angiogenesis as measured by microvessel density (MVD) and PCNA were increased in variety of malignant disorders, including multiple myeloma.
Objective: Assessment of angiogenesis in bone marrow of MM patients by using immunohistochemical stain to measure microvessel density (MVD) using factor VIII –related antigen and to evaluate the expression of PCNA antigen in plasma cells of MM bone marrow sections . Soil is a crucial component of environment. Total soil analysis may give information about possible enrichment of the soil with heavy metals. Heavy metals, potentially contaminate soils, may have been dumped on the ground. The concentrations of soil heavy metals (Cd, As, Pb, Cr, Ni, Zn and Cu) were measured in three zones thought to be deeply contaminated at different depths (5, 25, 50 cm) at Ibn Al-Haitham College.
