Vibrio cholerae enterotoxin was extracted by cooling centrifugation and filtration
with milipore filter (0.22um) and was purified by using Sephacryl –S- 6 gel
filtration,the content of protein was estimated . The results showed protein
concentration was 28.5 microgram/ml,the present of enterotoxin was detected by
infant suckling mouse method.
.The cytopathic effect of enterotoxin was studied by injecting a number of mice with
purified enterotoxin, It was found caused shortening the villi of the intestine at
concentration 55 and 45 ug /ml of purified enterotoxin, while the effect on liver
showed degenerative change with necrosis at 55 ug/ml of enterotoxin and caused
necrosis and infiltration of inflammatory cells at 45 ug /ml, the effect on spleen
tissue was represented by widening of white pulp, and reduction or disappearance of
red pulp also inflammatory cells wre found i.e. lymphocyte and hypoplasia of white
pulp at the two concentrations of the enterotoxin .
Previously many properties of graphene oxide in the field of medicine, biological environment and in the field of energy have been studied. This diversity in properties is due to the possibility of modification on the composition of this Nano compound, where the Graphene oxide is capable of more modification via addition other functional groups on its surface or at the edges of the sheet. Mercury(II) ion is extracted as ion pair with thiocyanate using DCM .The effects of different parameters affecting the ease of extraction are determined . These parameters are pH ,Thiocyanate ion concentration ,type and concentration of the counter cation concentration of the reagent , temperature and type of solvents .Other crown ethers (15C5 DB24C , DCH18C6 and 18C6 and cryptand- 222 are investigated as extracting reagents using slop analysis method UV-visible and IR spectrometry .CHN analysis and melting points determination are perfored for comlex analysis .All these investigations indicated the formula [k+CE]2[Hg (SCN )4]-2.
This study aimed to collected 150 feces sample from calves suffering sever diarrhea ,then there were isolation and purification of Cryptosporidium parvum oocyst from samples contain it. These oocysts were used to induce experimental infection in the Immunosupperessed mice, then the mice treated by Bifidium bacteria , its supernatant and local yogurt were used for bacterial isolation.

The effect of thickness variation on some physical properties of hematite α-Fe2O3 thin films was investigated. An Fe2O3 bulk in the form of pellet was prepared by cold pressing of Fe2O3 powder with subsequent sintering at 800 . Thin films with various thicknesses were obtained on glass substrates by pulsed laser deposition technique. The films properties were characterized by XRD, and FT-IR.
