In this paper, we have employed a computation of three technique to reduce the computational complexity and bit rate for compressed image. These techniques are bit plane coding based on two absolute values, vector quantization VQ technique using Cache codebook and Weber's low condition. The experimental results show that the proposed techniques achieve reduce the storage size of bit plane and low computational complexity.

This formation consists of limestone deposited throughout the Lower Cretaceous period within main retrogressive depositional series. This study aims to identify the impact of the diagenesis processes on the reservoir’s characteristics (porosity and permeability).        Thin films of pure yttrium oxide (Y₂O₃) and doped with cerium oxide (CeO₂) were prepared by the chemical spray pyrolysis(CSP)method. The structural, optical and electrical properties of the prepared films were investigated. This study aimed to explain the relationship between hyperthyroidism and asthma by indicating the effect of thyroid hormones (T3 and T4) on leptin and IgE levels.To determine whether T3 and T4 alters serum leptin and IgE levels, twenty newly diagnosis hyperthyroidism patients,twenty asthma patients, ten asthma with hyperthyroidism patients and ten (healthy) as a control were studied. Serum samples were collected to measure the leptin and IgE levels in addition to T3,T4 and TSH Levels.
