Background: The isthmus is a difficult area in the root canal complex to manage. The research aimed to evaluate the efficiency of three different obturation techniques (lateral condensation, EandQ (thermoplasticized gutta percha system) and Soft Core (thermoplasticized core carrier gutta percha system)) to obturate the isthmus area of roots prepared by two different instrumentation techniques (rotary ProTaper universal and ProTaper Next systems).    The current paper focuses on the studying the forms of (even-even) nuclei for the heavy elements with mass numbers in the range from (A=226 - 252) for  isotopes. This work will consist of studying deformation parameters  which is deduced from the "Reduced Electric Transition Probability" which is in its turn dependent on the first Excited State . The "Intrinsic Electric Quadrupole Moments" (non-spherical charge distribution)  were also calculated. In addition to that the Roots Mean Square Radii (Isotope Shift) are accounted for in order to compare them with the theoretical results.

 The performance of the Indian wheat varieties (PBW34, PBW343 and WH542) was compared with the local varieties (Tamose – 2 and Abu Ghareeb).      The experiment was conducted during two seasons first 2000-2001 and second 2001-2002 at AL- Twaitha experimental station , middle of Iraq.         The results showed that (Tamose – 2) exceeded the other varieties in plant height and heading date in the two seasons, while WH542 gave the lowest plant height.  PBW34 variety showed a significant increase in 1000 grain weight followed by PBW343 in the second season. Moreover, PBW34 and PBW343 gave the highest average of 50 spike weight in the second season.&nbsp

This study was designed to determine the correlation between Y chromosome azoospermia factor (AZF) subregions microdeletions and oligozoospermia in infertile men. Subjects included 50 infertile men with oligozoospermia who had been referred to the Fertility Center and infertility treatment in Kamal Al-Samarrai Hospital\Baghdad health office-Iraq. DNA was extracted from blood samples.
