In this research, we built a program to assess Weibull parameters and wind power of three separate locations in Iraq: Baghdad, Basrah and Dhi-qar for two years 2009 and 2010, after collecting and setting the data available from the website "Weather Under Ground" for each of the stations Baghdad, Basrah and Dhi-qar. Weibull parameters (shape parameter and scale parameter) were estimated using maximum likelihood estimation method (MLE) and least squares method (LSM). Also, the annual wind speed frequencies were calculated noting speed most readily available through the above two years. Then, we plotted Weibull distribution function and calculate the most significant quantities represented by mean wind speed, standard deviation of the values, the highest value and the lowest value during those years.
Atotal of 551 water samples drinking( five Water Treatment Plans (WTPs) and raw water( from different sites on Tigris river) were collected.According to morphological characteristics and a set of biochemical tests, one hundred twenty eight of Aeromonas spp isolates were obtained In this study The percentages of Aeromonas recovery from river water was 72.52%, from wells water was (35%).Total percentage of positive aeromonas samples of treated water(Filtration &chlorine tank, supply water of WTPs, distribution system, reserviores and other samples not related to WPTs) was 8.8%.Count of Aeromonas in positive aeromonas samples ranging from 1 to 175 cfu 100 ml.

The results of the current study showed that the thyroid gland in an adult domestic cat (Felis catus) is located in the neck area on both sides of the trachea at rings 1–5. The gland consists of two lobes (right and left), and it is surrounded by a capsule of connective tissue consisting of two outer and inner layers, and a layer of fatty tissue overlaps with the outer layer of the capsule. In addition, the results of this study found that the histological structure of the thyroid gland is composed of several follicles that appear in different sizes and shapes. The dye that produced via reaction between diphenhydramine HCl with thymol blue in acidic medium pH ≈ 4.0. The ion pair method include an optimization study to formed yellowcolored that extraction by liquid – liquid method. The product separated of complexes by using by chloroform solution measured spectrophotometry at 400 nm.
