The research aims to shed light on the obstacles that hinder the use of taxpayers' commercial books covered by provisions of the amended commercial book-keeping system No. 2 of 1985 and ways to address these obstacles.     A new chelate polymer (2-5-hydroxy-3-methyl-2- (3-nonyl benzene) imino) methyl) benzyl) 4-6-dimethyphenol] (K4) was prepared by using the condensation reaction method and identified by several techniques, including FT-IR, NMR, and atomic absorption spectroscopy, as well as TG-DTA thermal analysis. The kinetic equilibrium for the sorption of lead and cadmium ions on the chelate polymer surface was also investigated. The results showed that the sorption of both ions followed the pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order kinetic equilibrium. The rate constant values of pseudo-first-order reaction  were equal to 0.062 and 0.057 min^-1  , while the values of pseudo-second-order were 0.0103 and 0.053 L.m

Facial recognition has been an active field of imaging science. With the recent progresses in computer vision development, it is extensively applied in various areas, especially in law enforcement and security. Human face is a viable biometric that could be effectively used in both identification and verification. Thus far, regardless of a facial model and relevant metrics employed, its main shortcoming is that it requires a facial image, against which comparison is made. Therefore, closed circuit televisions and a facial database are always needed in an operational system. For the last few decades, unfortunately, we have experienced an emergence of asymmetric warfare, where acts of terrorism are often committed in secluded area with no
