Influenza is a highly infectious and lethal viral disease, it appears on Earth periodically in connection with the passage of comet in the vicinity of Earth around the Sun .it is believed that particles spread from the tail of the comet due to solar heating energy ,are contaminated with very tiny small particles considered as viruses. Viruses reach the Earth with the power of the solar wind due to solar activity cycle which is driven every 11 year. Viruses pushed towards Earth’s atmosphere, then precipitate on clouds and reach the surface of Earth. These viruses are very well shielded and unaffected by even UV radiation ,but the only way the shell is melt when they passes through the digestive system . Results showed a good correlation between sunspots cycles and influenza epidemics events.

Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of Campylobacter coli was extracted by using
digestive enzyme and hot phenol method. The effect of LPS on lymphocyte
transform was studies by lymphocyte transformation index for twenty blood samples
were collected from apparently healthy control.
The results were showed significant differences (P< 0.05) between samples which
treatrd with phytohemagglutnin PHA (66.1 ± 0.6) and the samples which treated
with LPS of C. coli (74.2 ± 0.8) when compared with control, this lead to suggest
that the LPS extracted from C. coli may play a role as a mitogen to transformed
lymphocytes.
Owing to high antibacterial resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, it could be considered as the main reason behind the nosocomial infections. P. aeruginosa has a well-known biofilm forming ability. The expression of polysaccharide encoding locus (pelA gene) by P. aeruginosa is essential for this ability. The purpose of the current research was to determine the biofilm formation in P. aeruginosa isolated from clinical samples and to evaluate the role of the selected PelA gene in biofilm formation using PCR method in Iraqi patients. Thirty serum samples of patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis after screening of rheumatoid factor, C-reactive protein and ESR were collected and including in present study to detect the IgG antibody against Chlamydia pneumoniae by ELISA test. The results showed only 2(6%) patients had seropositive of C. pneumoniae, this lead to suggest that C. pneumoniae may be one of the etiological or trigger factor in patients of rheumatoid arthritis.
