In this paper, a mathematical model consisting of the prey- predator model with disease in both the population is proposed and analyzed. The existence, uniqueness and boundedness of the solution are discussed. The existences and the stability analysis of all possible equilibrium points are studied. Numerical simulation is carried out to investigate the global dynamical behavior of the system.
Back ground: Celiac disease (CD) is an immune–mediated enteropathy induced by gluten with broad spectrum of presentation, many patients with atypical symptoms or clinically silent remain undiagnosed, and are at risk of long-term complications.
Objective: The aim of the present study is to determine the of prevalence celiac disease in children with short stature.
Patient and Methods: In this prospective study, 307 children 181(58.9%)males and 126(41.1%) females ,with ages ranging from 3 to 17.5years ( mean 12.2 ±3.4) with short statures (height below 3rd percentile adjusted for age and sex) attending the consultation room of endocrinology/ Welfare Teaching Hospital/medical city- Baghdad , were enrolled in this study from the firs
In this paper, a sufficient condition for stability of a system of nonlinear multi-fractional order differential equations on a finite time interval with an illustrative example, has been presented to demonstrate our result. Also, an idea to extend our result on such system on an infinite time interval is suggested.
the association between celiac disease and viral infection
Celiac disease (CD) is the most common genetically - based disease in correlation with food intolerance. The aim of this study is to measure the activity of ALT enzyme and purify enzyme from sera women with celiac disease. Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activity has been assayed in (30) women serum samples with celiac disease, age range between (20-40) year and (30) serum of healthy women as control group, age range between (22-38) year. In the present study, the mean value of ALT activity was significantly higher in patients with celiac disease than healthy group (p<0.01). The ALT enzyme was partial purified from sera women with celiac disease by dialysis, gel filtration using Sephadex G- 50 and ion exchange chromatography using DEAE- cell

The slopes in the area are Classified based on the direction of the Strike Slopes and Strike of beds into Parallel, Oblique Lateral and orthogonal Slopes according to [3].Classification and the Slope Types are Concordant Slope and discordant Slope . The rocks in the area consists of two engineer
... Show MoreShallow foundations have been commonly used to transfer load to soil layer within the permissible limits of settlement based on the bearing capacity of the soil. For most practical cases, the shape of the shallow foundation is of slight significance. Also, friction resistance forces in the first layers of soils are negligible due to non-sufficient surrounding surface area and compaction conditions. However, the bearing capacity of a shallow foundation can be increased by several techniques. Geocell is one of the geosynthetic tool applied mainly to reinforce soil. This study presents a numerical approach of honeycombed geocell steel panels reinforcing the sandy soil under shallow foundation, and several parameters are investigated such as th
