The significance of the work is to introduce the new class of open sets, which is said Ǥ- -open set with some of properties. Then clarify how to calculate the boundary area for these sets using the upper and lower approximation and obtain the best accuracy.

The phenomenon of negative behavior has studied as a social and psychological phenomenon that effect on the performance and life of workers inside and outside the organization. The adoption of this phenomenon is studied in terms of the role of the internal environment of the organization in addressing this behavior, being the variables belong to the field of organizational behavior to see the results of those variables on the Iraqi organizations, since the specificities of it differ from the rest of the Arab and foreign environments. This study aimed to extract, purify, and characterize the protease of local Okra Abelmoschus esculentus pods. The extraction process was conducted using ten extraction solutions with different pH and ionic strength values. Phosphate buffer solution with (pH 7, 0.05M, containing 2% sodium chloride) gave the highest activity which was (7.2 Unit/ml) as compared to other solutions, which ranged from 0.8-5.9 Unit/ml. Recently, new generalizations have been presented for the hyponormal operators, which are (N, k)-hyponormal operators and (h, M)-hyponormal operators. Some properties of these concepts have also been proved, one of these properties is that the product of two (N, k)-hyponormal operator is also (N, k)- hyponormal operator and the product of two (h, M)-hyponormal operators is (h, M)-hyponormal operator.
