Fifty isolates of Bacillus sp. were subjected to the first and second screening to detect the ability to produce laccase enzyme and select the highest ones production of laccase on Petri plates containing nutrient agar supplemented with Cu2+.
Syringaldazine was used as an indicator and substrate for the determination of laccase activity. Three isolates, which consumed less time to developed pink color were tested for the production of laccase quantitatively. The effective isolate B16 with significant amounts of laccase 1.84 unit /ml was selected for laccase study.
The optimization studies revealed that the maximum laccase production was achieved when the production medium was at the following conditions: 5 days of incubation, temperature 35 C°, pH 7.0, copper sulphate 0.2 mM, galactose 3% as carbon source, 0.2% Tryptone as nitrogen source and K+ 1mM.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of noise exposure in certain residential districts in Fallujah city. Twenty-nine stations were selected and divided into two groups; the first group was located 50 to 100 metres from the main streets (quiet areas), whilst the second was located directly on the main streets. Noise levels were measured at a rate of three readings per station for different time periods for approximately sixty days in the year 2020. Petrographic, heavy mineral and clay mineral analyses are carried out for the sandstone and the mudstone units of Injana and Mukdadiya Formations in Zorbatiya area, Wasit Governorate, East of Iraq. The sandstones and the mudstones are nested as repeated fining–upwards successions, representing fluvial deposits. Albino mice were administered orally with 0.1 of the extract at dose of 100 mg/kg, body weight the results showed high level of white blood cell ,total and differential count of WBC,phagocytosis index, mitotic index, Arthus and delayed type hypersensitivity. The result, also showed high level of hemoglobin (Hb) and the packed cell volume (PCV) the alcoholic extract has been found more efficient than hot water extract on mice.
