Face Recognition Using Stationary wavelet transform and Neural Network with Support Vector Machine

Face recognition is a type of biometric software application that can identify a specific
individual in a digital image by analyzing and comparing patterns. It is the process of
identifying an individual using their facial features and expressions.
In this paper we proposed a face recognition system using Stationary Wavelet Transform
(SWT) with Neural Network, the SWT are applied into five levels for feature facial
extraction with probabilistic Neural Network (PNN) , the system produced good results
and then we improved the system by using two manner in Neural Network (PNN) and
Support Vector Machine(SVM) so we find that the system performance is more better
after using SVM where the result shows the performance of the system is better based on
the recognition rate measurement.

This study aims to detect the land cover/land use changes and calculate the areas of different land cover types in Baghdad, Iraq, for the period from 2015 to 2020, using Landsat 8 images. The supervised Maximum Likelihood Classification (MLC) method was applied to classify the images. Biosynthesis, Characterization, Adsorption and Antimicrobial studies of Manganese oxide Nanoparticles Using Punica Granatum Extract

Manganese sulfate and Punica granatum plant extract were used to create MnO2 nanoparticles, which were then characterized using techniques like Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The crystal's size was calculated to be 30.94nm by employing the Debye Scherrer equation in X-ray diffraction. Removal of Copper Ions onto Walnut Shells by Using Batch and Continuous Fluidized Bed

An agricultural waste (walnut shell) was undertaken to remove Cu(II) from aqueous solutions in batch and continuous fluidized bed processes. Walnut shell was found to be effective in batch reaching 75.55% at 20 and 200 rpm, when pH of the solution adjusted to 7. The equilibrium was achieved after 6 h of contacting time. The maximum uptake was 11.94mg/g. The isotherm models indicated that the highest determination coefficient belongs to Langmuir model. Cu (II) uptake process in kinetic rate model followed the pseudo-second-order with determination coefficient of 0.9972. MATLAB program for generating Fraunhofer diffraction pattern from different
apertures. This pattern is applied for three types of apertures, including, circular,
