This paper presents the synthesis and study of some new mixed-ligand complexes containing anthranilic acid and amino acid phenylalanine (phe) with some metals . The resulting products were found to be solid crystalline complexes which have been characterized by using (FT-IR,UV-Vis) spectra , melting point, elemental analysis (C.H.N) , molar conductivity .   An experiment was carried out by using pots in kalar horticulture station/ Sulaimani province on soil which is talken form on once region field in the seasoning growth(20062007). The objective was to study interaction of different levels from urea fertilizer (zero, 0.20, 0.40, 0.80 gm / 4 kg soil in pot). These levels were equal to (zero, 25, 50, 100, kg uera / D) and super phosphate levels (zero, 0.24, 0.48, gm / 4 kg soil in pot).These levels were equal to(zero, 30, 60, kg / D) in morphological and physiological characteristies (ex. dry weight, leaf area, absolute growth rate, protein percentage, and chlorophyll content) of Ipa (95) wheat variety. 2. Identify the differences in Ambivalence among University students according to variable of Specialization (scientific / literary).
To achieve this aims of the research, the researcher set up the instrument is scale of Ambivalence that consistent (19) item. And the researchers applying this scale on the sample amounted to (200) among University students. Then after data processing statistically, the researchers reached the following results:
1. University students have Ambivalence.
2. There is no is differences in Ambivalence among University students according to variable of Specialization (scientific / literary).<

     Magnesium oxide nanoparticles (MgO NPs) were synthesized by a green method using the peels of Persimmon extract as the reducing agent , magnesium nitrate, and NaOH. This method is eco-friendly and non-toxic. In this study, an ultrasound device was used to reduce the particle size, with the impact on the energy gap was set at the beginning at 5.39 eV and then turned to 4.10 eV. The morphological analysis using atomic force microscopy (AFM)  showed that the grain size for MgO NPs was 67.70 nm which became 42.33 nm after the use of the ultrasound.
