Proteins measurements included total protein, albumin, globulines in sera and saliva samples, and immunoglobulins (IgG, IgM, IgA) in sera samples of control and patients. In Iraq, the incidence of breast cancer generally exceeds any other type of malignancies among Iraqi population.
