Preparation Cadmium Telluride Compound and Study Structural Properties of thermal evaporation thin films

Polycrystalline ingots of cadmium telluride have been synthesized using the direct
reaction technique, by fusing initial component consisting from pure elements in
stoichiometric ratio inside quartz ampoule is evacuated 10-6 torr cadmium telluride has
been grown under temperature at (1070) oC for (16) hr. was used in this study, the phases
observed in growing CdTe compound depend on the temperature used during the growth
process. Crystallography studies to CdTe compound was determined by X-ray diffraction
technique, which it has zinc blend structure and cubic unit cell, which lattice constants is
a=6.478

In this paper, we used two monomers, 3,3',4,4'-benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA) and m,m'-diaminobenzophenone (m, m’-DABP), to produce polyamide acid and then converted it to polyimide (PI). The effects of phosphoric acid (H3PO4) molarity (1, 2, and 3 M) on the structural, thermal, mechanical, and electrical characteristics of the polyimides/polyaniline (PI/PANI) nanocomposites were studied. Preparation and Study of morphological properties of ZnO nano Powder

In this work, ZnO nanostructures for powder ZnO were synthesized by Hydrothermal Method. Size and shape of ZnO nanostructureas can be controlled by change ammonia concentration. In the preparation of ZnO nanostructure, zinc nitrate hexahydrate [Zn(NO3)2·6H2O] was used as a precursor. The structure and morphology of ZnO nanostructure have been characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), X-ray diffraction (XRD). This study was carrid out to produce animal gelatin from chicken skin. Gelatin was prepared by the chemical method using HCl 2% and extraction at the temperature degree 70, 80, 90 c° and at the period of time 4, 6, 8 hours, calculated the yield, functional and sensory characteristics were measured at. The result also demonstrated that the produced gelatin have good functional properties in solubility, viscosity, gelling capacity, water absorpation, lipid binding, emulsification. viscosity was higher in gelatin prepared at 70 c° and period of extraction 8 hours and reached 1.0846 cp.
