Industrial buildings usually are designed to sustain several types of load systems, such as dead, live, and dynamic loads (especially the harmonic load produced by rotary motors). Ultrasonic absorption, velocity, viscosity, adiabatic compressibility, relaxation time and relaxation amplitude measurements are reported on different concentrations of poly(acrylic acid) solutions in common solvent water using pulsed ultrasonic apparatus technique operating at 26 kHz and 30 ºC. Results show an increase of velocity, viscosity, and absorption coefficient ،relaxation time and relaxation amplitude values with the increasing concentrations of the poly(acrylic acid) solutions, which might be the result of structural fluctuations of polymer molecules such as the segmental motions of the polymer chains. In this paper different channel coding and interleaving schemes in DS/CDMA system over multipath fading channel were used. Two types of serially concatenated coding were presented. The first one composed of Reed-Solomon as outer code, convolutional code as inner code and the interleaver between the outer and inner codes and the second consist of convolutional code as outer code, interleaved in the middle and differential code as an inner code. Bit error rate performance of different schemes in multipath fading channel was analyzed and compared. Rack receiver was used in DS/CDMA receiver to combine multipath components in order to enhance the signal to noise ratio at the receiver.

The species Spongilla lacustris was identified for the first time in Iraq, it was found during winter 1998 in an irrigation canal within the campus of the University of Baghdad (Jadiriah), water is drawn from Tigris river. The specimens were found in water samples of sizes ranging between 5-50 cm with yellowish color . It was found in two habitats , one as attached on submerged aquatic plant Ceratophyllum sp., and the other on the canal bottom (concret material). Some physico- chemical characters were determined including conductivity ,salinity , pH, total alkalinity, total hardness, Ca ,Mg ,anddissolved oxygen. Water quality was fresh , alkaline, hard and well aerated.

This paper introduces the concept of fuzzy σ-ring as a generalization of fuzzy σ-algebra and basic properties; examples of this concept have been given.  As the first result, it has been proved that every  σ-algebra over a fuzzy set x*  is a  fuzzy σ-ring-over a fuzzy set x*  and construct their converse by example. Furthermore, the fuzzy ring  concept has been studied to generalize fuzzy algebra and its relation. Investigating  that the concept of fuzzy  σ-Ring is a stronger form of a fuzzy ring  that is every fuzzy σ-Ring over a fuzzy set x* is a fuzzy ring over a fuzzy set x* and construct their converse by example.
