A new, simple, sensitive and fast developed method was used for the determination of methyldopa in pure and pharmaceutical formulations by using continuous flow injection analysis. This method is based on formation a burgundy color complex between methyldopa andammonium ceric (IV) nitrate in aqueous medium using long distance chasing photometer NAG-ADF-300-2. The linear range for calibration graph was 0.05-8.3 mmol/L for cell A and 0.1-8.5 mmol/L for cell B, and LOD 952.8000 ng /200 µL for cell A and 3.3348 µg /200 µL for cell B respectively with correlation coefficient (r) 0.9994 for cell A and 0.9991 for cell B, RSD % was lower than 1 % for n=8. Thermal evaporation method has used for depositing CdTe films
on corning glass slides under vacuum of about 10-5mbar. The
thicknesses of the prepared films are400 and 1000 nm. The prepared
films annealed at 573 K. The structural of CdTe powder and prepared
films investigated. The hopping and thermal energies of as deposited
and annealed CdTe films studied as a function of thickness. A
polycrystalline structure observed for CdTe powder and prepared
films. All prepared films are p-type semiconductor. The hopping
energy decreased as thickness increased, while thermal energy
increased.

This work involves the calculation of the cooling load in Iraqi building constructions taking in account the effect of the convective heat transfer inside the buildings. ASHRAE assumptions are compared with the Fisher and Pedersen model of estimation of internal convective heat transfer coefficient when the high rate of ventilation from ceiling inlet configuration is used. Theoretical calculation of cooling load using the Radiant Time Series Method (RTSM) is implemented on the actual tested spaces.
