The electrical properties of CdO/porous Si/c-Si heterojunction prepared by deposition of CdO layer on porous silicon synthesized by electrochemical etching were studied. The structural, optical, and electrical properties of CdO (50:50) thin film prepared by rapid thermal oxidation were examined. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results confirmed formation of nanostructured silicon layer the full width half maximum (FWHM) was increased after etching. The dark J-V characteristics of the heterojunction showed strong dependence on etching current density and etching time. The ideality factor and saturation current of the heterojunction were calculated from J-V under forward bias. C-V measurements confirmed that the prepared heterojunctions are abrupt type .The value of built-in-potential as function of etching current density was estimated.
The major aim of this research is study the effect of the type of lightweight aggregate (Porcelinite and Thermostone), type and ratio of the pozzolanic material(SF and HRM) and the use of different ratios of w/cm ratio(0.32 and 0.35) on the properties of SCLWC in the fresh and hardened state. SF and HRM are used in three percentage 5%,10%, and 15% as a partial replacement by weight of
cement for all types of SCLWC. The requirements of self-compatibility for SCC are fulfilled by using the high performance superplasticizer (G51) at 1.2liter per 100 kg of cement. The values of air dry density and compressive strength at age of 28 days within the limits of structural lightweight concrete. The air dry density and compressive strength at a
New ligand of N-(pyrimidin-2-yl carbamothioyl)acetamide was synthesized and its complexes with (VO(II), Mn (II), Cu (II), Zn (II), Cd (II) and Hg (II) are formed with confirmation of their structures on the bases of spectroscopic analyses. Antimicrobial activity of new complexes are studied against Gram positive S. aureus and Gram negative E. coli, Proteus, Pseudomonas. The octahedral geometrical structures are proved depending on the outcomes from the preceding procedures. Keywords: pyrimidin-2-amine, acetyl isothiocyanate, complexes, Antimicrobial activity

The current research aims to find out ( the effectiveness of the structural model of learning in the acquisition of geographical concepts at the first grade average students ) , and achieving the goals of research has been formulating the null hypothesis of the following :
" There is no difference statistically significant when Mistoi (0.5 ) between the mean scores of the collection of students in the experimental group that is studying the general geographical principles " Bonmozj constructivist learning " and the mean scores of the control group , which is considering the same article ," the traditional way " to acquire concepts.

Then azo ligand was characterize using spectroscopic studies ( FTIR,UV-Vis, 1H and 13CNMR, Mass) also micro-elemental analysiz (C.H.N.O). Transition metal chelation with Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), and Zn(II) was investigated, revealing 1:2 metal-to-ligand stoichiometry with octahedral geometry. The biological, and industrial application for the azo ligand and it is complexes were evaluated, demonstrating antimicrobial activity against bacterial and fungal strains, with the Zn(II) complex exhibiting superior inhibition. Additionally,

Show MoreThe coordination ability of the azo-Schiff base 2-[1,5-Dimethyl-3-[2-(5-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)-ethyl imino]-2-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-4-ylazo]-5- hydroxy-benzoic acid has been proven in complexation reactions with Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Pd(II) and Pt(II) ions. The free ligand (LH) and its complexes were characterized using elemental analysis, determination of metal concentration, magnetic susceptibility, molar conductivity, FTIR, Uv-Vis, (1H, 13C) NMR spectra, mass spectra and thermal analysis (TGA). The results confirmed the coordination of the ligand through the nitrogen of the azomethine, Azo group (Azo) and the carboxylate ion with the metal ions. Show MoreSemiconductor-based metal oxide gas detector of five mixed from zinc chloride Z and tin chloride S salts Z:S ratio 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100% were fabricated on glass substrate by a spray pyrolysis technique. With thickness were about 0.2 ±0.05 μm using water soluble as precursors at a glass substrate temperature 500 ºC±5, 0.05 M, and their gas sensing properties toward CH4, LPG and H2S gas at different concentration (10, 100, 1000 ppm) in air were investigated at room temperature which related with the petroleum refining industry.
Furthermore structural and morphology properties were scrutinize. Results shows that the mixing ratio affect the composition of formative oxides were (ZnO, Zn2SnO4, Zn2SnO4+ZnSnO3, ZnSnO3, SnO2) ratios ment
