         The effect of adding raw bacteriocin produced by Lactobacillus bulgaricus to cheese curd at an amount of (5 and 10 and 15) mL/kg cheese as a biological preservative to prolong the shelf life of soft cheese, in addition to the control treatment, knowing that each 1 mL of bacteriocin filter contains 15 units/ mL of bacteriocin. Objectives: the present study aims to investigate the impact of gold nanoparticles potential toxicity on the levels of sex hormones testosterone (T) and estradiol (E2) in sera of human males
Patients and methods: a total of 25 healthy men volunteers aged (20-45) years participated. Four types of gold nanoparticles were used to study their impact on estradiol and testosterone levels.

The amount of concrete that can be placed at one time is governed by the batching and mixing capacity and by the strength of the formwork.
