In this work, wide band range photo detector operating in UV, Visible and IR was fabricated using carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs, SWCNTs) decorated with silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs). Silicon was used as a substrate to deposited CNTs/Ag NPs by the drop casting technique. Polyamide nylon polymer was used to coat CNTs/Ag NPs to enhance the photo-response of the detector. The electro-exploding wire technology was used to synthesize Ag NPs. Good dispersion of silver NPs achieved by a simple chemistry process on the surface of CNTs. The optical, structure and electrical characteristic of CNTs decorated with Ag NPs were characterized by X-Ray diffraction and Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy. X-ray diffraction patterns of Ag NPs exhibited 2θ values (38.1°,44.3°) corresponding to the Ag nanocrystal, while the XRD pattern of MWCNTs and SWCNTs /Ag NPs peaks appeared at 2θ = 26.2° corresponding to the (002) and at 2theta=44° which corresponds with miller indices (100) for CNTs and (200) for Ag NPs. The optical properties measured by UV-Vis. Spectroscopy. Broad and strong surface plasmon resonance (SPR) peak was detected at 420 nm, for Ag NPs. The absorption of CNTs/Ag NPs increased significantly from UV to near IR region (300-1000 nm). Ag NPs decorated CNTs without any impurities, according to field mission scanning electron microscopy examination, with typical particle sizes of (50-80nm) for Ag-NPs, 44nm for MWCNTs/Ag-NPs, and 30nm for SWCNTs/Ag NPs. ֹThe I-V characteristics at forward bias voltage (0.5-10) volt were studied. The figure of merits (responsivity, photocurrent gain, NEP and detectivity) after coating with polymer of the detector were measured in the dark and after illumination with UV LED (365 nm), Tungsten lamp (500-800 nm) and Laser diode (808 nm).
In this research, the results of x-ray diffraction method were used to determine the uniform stress deformation and microstructure parameters of CuO nanoparticles to determine the lattice strain obtained and crystallite size and then to compare the results obtained by two model Halder Wagner and Size Strain Plot with the results of these methods of the same powder using equations during which the calculation of the size of the crystallite size and lattice strain, It was found that the results obtained the values of the crystallite size (19.81nm) and the lattice strain (0.004065) of the Halder-wagner model respectively and for the ssp method were the results of the crystallite size (17.20nm) and lattice strain (0.000305) respectively. Consequently, the utilization of nanoparticle preparation is anticipated to enhance its bioavailability. The objective of the research is to integrate cilnidipine nanoparticles into oral films as a means of enhancing patient adherence. The optimal polymers for producing Cilnidipine films were PVA cold and or HPMC E5 at different concentrations using a casting technique with glycerol as a plasticizer. The Nano suspension-based preparation of Cilnidipine's oral film containing the combination of polymers exhibited a significant enhancement in vitro dissolution, with a percentage excee

Deposition of the catalyst (Cu) is done by immersing porous silicon (PS) layer in solution consists of 3ml from (Cu) chloride with 4ml (HF) and 12ml (ethanol) and 1 ml (H2O2). The structural, morphological and gas sensing behavior of porous silicon has been studied. The formation of nanostructured silicon is confirmed by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement as well as it shows the formation of an oxide silicon layer due to chemical reaction. Atomic force microscope for PS illustrates that the p

Show MoreThe region-based association analysis has been proposed to capture the collective behavior of sets of variants by testing the association of each set instead of individual variants with the disease. Such an analysis typically involves a list of unphased multiple-locus genotypes with potentially sparse frequencies in cases and controls. To tackle the problem of the sparse distribution, a two-stage approach was proposed in literature: In the first stage, haplotypes are computationally inferred from genotypes, followed by a haplotype coclassification. In the second stage, the association analysis is performed on the inferred haplotype groups. If a haplotype is unevenly distributed between the case and control samples, this haplotype is labeled

The method relies on the oxidation of the reagent 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (2,4-DNPHz) with potassium periodate (KIO4) and coupling with the Lansoprazole (LPZ) in the alkaline medium to form a stable with reddish-brown colored dye with a maximum greatest absorption at 484.5 nm. The reaction is carefully completed when optimizing the variable affecting it. The concentration range from 1-30 μg/mL obegs Beer’s law and the molar absorptivity value of (13260.132) L/mol.cm. Detection limit was (0.1266 μg/mL) and Sandell’s sensitivity value ( 0.0278) μg/cm2. The met

Salbutamol sulphate in this method is based on the coupling of SAS with diazotized ρ- bromoaniline reagent in alkaline medium of Triton X-100 (Tx) to form an orange azo dye which is stable and water-soluble. The azo dye is exhibiting maximum absorption at 441 nm. A 10 - 800 µg of SAS is obeyed of Beer's law in a final volume of 20 ml, i.e., 0.5- 40 ppm with ε, the molar absorptivity of 48558 L.mol-1.cm-1 and Sandell's sensitivity index of 0.01188 µg.cm-2. This new method does not need solvent extraction or temperature control which is well applied to determine SAS in d
