  Hetero junctions are fabricated by depositing antimony (Sb) and Al films on n-type single crystal(c-Si) wafers by the method of vacuum evaporation with thickness (0.25µm), with rate of deposition equals to 2.77 Ã…/sec, all samples are annealed in a vacuum for one hour at 473K. The tests have shown that all the films have polycrystalline structure for all Sb films. The barrier heights in (Sb/c-Si) junction was found to be equal 0.825eV, but(Al/c-Si) junction ohmic contact. Current-voltage measurements confirm this behaviour.

    In this paper, the concepts of -sequence prime ideal and -sequence quasi prime ideal are introduced. Some properties of such ideals are investigated. The relations between -sequence prime ideal and each of primary ideal, -prime ideal, quasi prime ideal, strongly irreducible ideal, and closed ideal, are studied. Also, the ideals of a principal ideal domain are classified into quasi prime ideals and -sequence quasi prime ideals.

This research is concerned with the study of the projective plane over a finite field . The main purpose is finding partitions of the projective line PG( ) and the projective plane PG( ) , in addition to embedding PG(1, ) into PG( ) and PG( ) into PG( ). Clearly, the orbits of PG( ) are found, along with the cross-ratio for each orbit. As for PG( ), 13 partitions were found on PG( ) each partition being classified in terms of the degree of its arc, length, its own code, as well as its error correcting. Tamoxifen citrate (TAM) is one of the most regularly used therapy in hormone receptor-positive breast cancer. Although it is a successful treatment, there is a problem with its bioavailability, accordingly this study was designed to improve TAM solubility and reduce its associated toxicity. TAM-Loaded poly (D, L-lactide –co- glycolide) nanostructure (TAM-loaded PLGA) has been synthesized and employed both in vitro and in vivo experiments. The blood hemolysis induced by TAM- loaded PLGA was 4.6 % at 200 µg mL^-1, indicating that this nano-construct led to increased red blood cell protection.
