Abstract

The Research "Surah At-Talaq between Commentators and Jurists" is summarized in the objectives of the Surah, clarifying the meanings of the verses of the rulings contained therein by mentioning the statements of the commentators, with mentioning the most acceptable of those meanings when a difference arises, explanation of the provisions of the Surah, with a statement of sayings of the  four religious schools of Islamic jurisprudence, in summary, due to the narrowness of the place, and the most acceptable of them.

Objective : To assess the efficiency for some disinfectants against the microorganisms isolated from
the wards of newborn and premature babies in Educational Baghdad Hospital .
Methodology :This study had done from 1\8\2014 untile 1\9\2014, we had selected three types of
disinfectants ( Incidine , Bleach and Microbac Forte )which were used for disinfection in the wards of
newborn babies at Educational Baghdad Hospital to assess their effect against the microorganisms
isolated from these wards and study the mixed affect of these disinfectants againt same

The present study aims to study the content and spatial distribution of lead (Pb) contamination in the soils of some Baghdad cities (Middle of Iraq). Twenty soil samples were randomly collected from different land-use in the studied area at a depth between 5 to 30 cm. High cost of qualifying library standard cells on silicon wafer limits the number of test circuits on the test chip. This paper proposes a technique to share common load circuits among test circuits to reduce the silicon area. By enabling the load sharing, number of transistors for the common load can be reduced significantly. Results show up to 80% reduction in silicon area due to load area reduction.
