In this paper, developed Jungck contractive mappings into fuzzy Jungck contractive and proved  fuzzy fixed point for some types of generalize fuzzy Jungck contractive mappings.

The process of conjugation was confirmed by several characterization methods including UV-VIS spectrophotometry, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), and atomic force microscope (AFM). the cytotoxicity of 400, 600, and 800 μg/ml to each GO, ZOL, and ZOL-GO was evaluated on a human hepatic cell line (WRL 68) and human prostate cancer cell line (PC3) using an MTT assay. Objective : The study was carried out to construct an initial assessment documentation tool for nursing
recording system in Coronary Care Unit.
Methodology : A descriptive, purposive sample of (65) nurses was selected from CCU of main
teaching hospitals (Al Karama, Al Kindy, Al Kadimia, Al Yarmmok, Baghdad teaching hospital, Ibn
Al Naffis hospital) and Ibn-Al betar hospital in Baghdad city from the 15th of April 2004 to the 15th of
April 2006.
The instrument was constructed and comprised of two sections: section one included the
nurses' demographic characteristic; section two was the initial assessment documentation tool that

Asmari is the main productive reservoir in Abu Ghirab oilfield in the south-east part of Iraq. It has history production extends from 1976 up to now with several close periods. Recently, the reservoir suffers some problems in production, which are abstracted as water production rising with oil production declining in most wells.
