The present study aimed to evaluate the concentration of Malon dialdehyde (MDA) in pregnant women during different stages of pregnancy (stage of pregnancy, abortion, contraceptives and parity number).The study included (120) blood samples from normal pregnant women in age of the procreating were subdivided into three trimesters of pregnancy (40/group), and (40) samples from non-pregnant women as a control group. one or more of the following parasites, Haemoproteus baghdadensis, H. gallinulae

The Escherichia coli isolated from UTIs, were identified with biochemical tests and vitek test.The ethanolic extracts of Zingiberofficinale(Z.officinale) were tested against E.coli by using the good agar diffusion test, the alcoholic extracts from (25 -100) mg/ml showed antimicrobial activity against tested microorganism. The diameter of inhibition zone increase at high concentrations and rang from (18-20mm) , and these results compared with antibiotics  sensitivity discs were used by discs diffusion method against E.coliisolates, they were resisted to all antibiotics used in this study.           Physicochemical characteristics of groundwater in AL-Miqdadiyah town were studied by taking random water samples from six differents wells from July to December 2010.
