The present investigation aimed to formulate a liquid self-microemulsifying drug delivery system (SMEDDS) of tacrolimus to enhance its oral bioavailability by improving its dispersibility and dissolution rate. Four liquid SMEDDS were prepared using maisine CC as oil phase, labrasol ALF as surfactant and transcutol HP as co-surfactant based on the solubility studies of tacrolimus in these components. This paper aims to propose a hybrid approach of two powerful methods, namely the differential transform and finite difference methods, to obtain the solution of the coupled Whitham-Broer-Kaup-Like equations which arises in shallow-water wave theory. The capability of the method to such problems is verified by taking different parameters and initial conditions. The numerical simulations are depicted in 2D and 3D graphs. It is shown that the used approach returns accurate solutions for this type of problems in comparison with the analytic ones.

A sensitivity-turbidimetric method at (0-180^o) was used for detⁿ. of mebeverine in drugs by two solar cell and six source  with C.F.I.A.. The method was based on the formation  of  ion pair for the pinkish banana color  precipitate by the reaction of Mebeverine hydrochloride with Phosphotungstic acid. Turbidity was measured via the reflection of incident light that collides on the surface particles of   precipitated at 0-180^o. All variables were optimized. The linearity ranged of Mebeverine hydrochloride was 0.05-12.5mmol.L^-1, the L.D. (S/N= 3)(3S_B) was 521.92 ng/sample depending on dilution for the minimum concentration , with correlation coefficient r = 0.9966while was R.S.D%
