This paper deals with the description of the system of formation and derivation of words in the Russian language. In this work, we will present recent trends in the study of the Russian language that deal with vocabulary formation. The lexical system of the Russian language is associated with a common (or opposite) meaning; similar (or opposite) in stylistic characteristics; united by a common type of word formation; related to a common descent and belonging to a vocabulary of much or little use, etc. The results of the most prominent linguists and specialists who dealt with this topic will be presented, in addition to presenting their different views on word formation. Thin films of CdTe were prepared with thickness (500, 1000) nm on the glass substrate by vacuum evaporation technique at room temperature then treated different annealing temperatures (373,473,and 573)K for one hour. Results of the Hall Effect and the electrical conductivity of (I-V) characteristics were measured in darkness and light.at different annealing temperature results show that the thin films have ability to manufacture solar cells, and found that the efficient equal to (2.18%) for structure solar cell (Algrid / CdS / CdTe /glass/ Al) and the efficient equal to (1.12%) for structure solar cell (Algrid / CdS / CdTe /Si/ Al) with thick ness of (1000) nm with CdTe thin films at RT.

The study was conducted to assess the attitude and awareness of a sample of people regarding the indiscriminate slaughter and its effects on health and the environment compared with slaughtering  in a slaughterhouse. The sample consisted of 120 persons from six equal professional groups contacted with the butchery labour (livestock keeper, truck driver, butcher, veterinarian, shopkeeper and consumer).
