An analytical form of the ground state charge density distributions
for the low mass fp shell nuclei ( 40 A 56 ) is derived from a
simple method based on the use of the single particle wave functions
of the harmonic oscillator potential and the occupation numbers of
the states, which are determined from the comparison between theory
and experiment.
For investigating the inelastic longitudinal electron scattering form
factors, an expression for the transition charge density is studied
where the deformation in nuclear collective modes is taken into
consideration besides the shell model space transition density. The
core polarization transition density is evaluated by adopting the
shape of Tassie model together with the derived form of the ground
state charge density distribution. In this work, we devote our
investigation on 0 3 2 3 1 1
transition of Ti 50 , 0 1 2 1 1 1
transition
of Cr 50 and 0 2 2 2 1 1
of Cr 52 nuclei. It is found that the core
polarization effects, which represent the collective modes, are
essential for reproducing a remarkable agreement between the
calculated inelastic longitudinal C2 form factors and those of
experimental data.
Density functional theory calculations are employed to investigate the impact of edifenphos molecule on the reactivity and electronic sensitivity of pure calcium oxide (CaO) nanocluster. The strong adsorption of edifenphos molecule on CaO nanocluster occurs by the sulfur head of the adsorbate, and the amount of the energy of this adsorption is around − 84.40 kcal/mol. The adsorption of edifenphos molecules results in a decrease in the values of Eg of CaO from 4.67 to 3.56 eV, as well as an increase in the electrical conductance. Moreover, the work function of CaO nanocluster is significantly affected, which changes the current of the field emission electron. Potentiostatic polarization and weight loss methods have been used to investigate the corrosion behavior of carbon steel in sodium chloride solution at different concentrations (0.1, 0.4 and 0.6) M under the influence of temperatures ( 293, 298, 303, 308 and 313) K. The inhibition efficiency of the amoxicillin drug on carbon steel in 0.6 M NaCl has also been studied based on concentration and temperature. The corrosion rate showed that all salt concentrations ( NaCl solution) resulted in corrosion of carbon steel in varying ratio and 0.6 M of salt solution was the highest rate (50.46 g/m².d). The present study was performed to evaluate the level of some risk factors (biochemical and immunological) in hypothyroid Iraqi patients considering the different thyroid functional states (hypothyroidism and subclinical hypothyroidism).The study includes 82 patients clinically diagnosed with hypothyroidism.
