An analytical form of the ground state charge density distributions
for the low mass fp shell nuclei ( 40 A 56 ) is derived from a
simple method based on the use of the single particle wave functions
of the harmonic oscillator potential and the occupation numbers of
the states, which are determined from the comparison between theory
and experiment.
For investigating the inelastic longitudinal electron scattering form
factors, an expression for the transition charge density is studied
where the deformation in nuclear collective modes is taken into
consideration besides the shell model space transition density. The
core polarization transition density is evaluated by adopting the
shape of Tassie model together with the derived form of the ground
state charge density distribution. In this work, we devote our

of Cr 50 and 0 2 2 2 1 1
of Cr 52 nuclei. It is found that the core
polarization effects, which represent the collective modes, are
essential for reproducing a remarkable agreement between the
calculated inelastic longitudinal C2 form factors and those of
experimental data.

The present study aimed to determine the genetic divergence of seven maize genotypes (Al-Maha, Sumer, Al-Fajr, Baghdad, 5018, 4 × 1 single hybrid, and 4 × 2 single hybrid) under two varied levels of nitrogen fertilization (92 and 276 kg N ha-1). The experiment occurred in 2022 in a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with a split-plot arrangement and three replications at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad, Iraq. Ab – initio density function theory (DFT) calculations coupled with Large Unit Cell (LUC) method were carried out to evaluate the electronic structure properties of III-V zinc blend (GaAs). The nano – scale that have dimension (1.56-2.04)nm. The Gaussian 03 computational packages has been employed through out this study to compute the electronic properties include lattice constant, energy gap, valence and conduction band width, total energy, cohesive energy and density of state etc. Results show that the total energy and energy gap are decreasing with increase the size of nano crystal . Results revealed that electronic properties converge to some limit as the size of LUC increase .

Sixty samples of commercially available contact lens solutions were collected from students at the Pharmacy College/Baghdad University. The types of lenses used varied from medical to cosmetic. They were cultured to diagnose any microbial contamination within the solutions. Both used and unused solutions were subject for culturing. Thirty six (60%) used samples showed bacterial growth, fungal growth was absent. Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounts for the highest number of isolates (25%) followed by E. coli (21%), Staphylococcus epidermidis (6.6%), Pseudomonas fluorescence (5%) and Proteus mirabilis (1.6%) respectively. Only one (1) unused (sealed) sample showed growth of P. fluorescence.

Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of Campylobacter coli was extracted using digestive enzyme and hot phenol water method. Anti-LPS was prepared by injecting rabbits with different concentration of LPS. The result showed that the titer of anti-LPS antibodies using precipitation test is 40, the result also showed Histopathological effect of partial pure LPS.
