A field experiment was conducted during the autumn of 2021 at the Agricultural Research Department station / Abu Ghraib to evaluate the soil moisture, water potential distribution, and growth factors of maize crops under alternating and constant partial drip irrigation methods. In the experiment, two irrigation systems were used, surface drip irrigation (DI) and subsurface irrigation (SD); under each irrigation system, five irrigation methods were: conventional irrigation (CI), and 75 and 50% of the amount of water of CI of each of the alternating partial irrigation APRI75 and APRI50 and the constant partial irrigation FPRI75 and FPRI50 respectively. This work involves theoretical and experimental studies for seven compounds to calculate the electrons spectrum and NLO properties. The theoretical study is done by employing the Time Depending Density Functional Theory TD-DFT and B3LYP/high basis set 6-311++G (2d,2p), using Gaussian program 09. Experimental study by UV/VIS spectrophotometer device to prove the theoretical study. Theoretical and experimental results were applicable in spectrum and energy gap values, in addition to convergence theoretically the energy gap results from ΔEHOMO-LUMO and UV/VIS. spectrum. Consider the theoretical method very appropriate to compounds that absorb in vacuum UV.

The digital camera which contain light unit inside it is useful with low illumination but not for high. For different intensity; the quality of the image will not stay good but it will have dark or low intensity so we can not change the contrast and the intensity in order to increase the losses information in the bright and the dark regions. . A field experiment was conducted at botanical garden of Department of Biology, College of Education for Pure Science (Ibn Al-Haitham), University of Baghdad, during the growth winter season of 2016-2017 to study the effect of different concentrations (0, 10, 20) mg.L^-1 of abscisic acid and (0, 50, 100, 150) mg.L^-1 of vitamin C and their interaction on some plant hormones of pea plant (Pisum sativum L.).    Effect of antioxidants (vitamins C and E) (500mg/kg) was studied on function of testes in albino mice treated with hexavalent chromium (1000ppm). The results showed that exposure to hexavalent chromium caused a significant decrease in body weights, without changes in weight of testes, seminal vesicles and prostate. A significant decrease was observed in the percentage of dead sperms, sperms abnormalities, diameter of seminiferous tubules and the number of leydig cells. Sixty hyperthyroidism patients aged (20-45) years from different parts of Iraq , (20) from the North , (20) from Baghdad , (20) from the South of Iraq , and (20)control were tested for the presence of antithyroid peroxidase antibody(Tpo-Ab)and for Mg and Co levels in their sera.

The results revealed a significant increase in (Tpo-Ab) in all patients group from the different parts of Iraq compared to control , also a  significant increase in (Tpo-Ab) for  the group from  North compared to other parts.
