Colorectal cancer CRC is the third most commonly diagnosed cancer in males and the second in female, so it is a common and life-threatening disease serum of 48 males and 40 females suffering from CRC disease as group one (G1) without taking a chemotherapy dose, the same patients group tow (G2) after taking the first chemotherapy dose, while group three (G3) whose patients in (G1) and (G2) after second taking a chemotherapy dose. and group four (G4) consist of (30 males and 30 females) healthy Iraqi control. Objective:This study was established to investigate theof effect of yellow sap and gel of Aloe vera on skin of the rabbits which infected with T.verrucosum. Methods : Twelveskin biopsy were taken from rabbits for histopathological study to know the the effects of the T.verrucosumand treated with yellow sap and gel. Results : the results of histopathological study of effect of yellow sap and gel of Aloe vera on skin of the rabbits which infected with T.verrucosum showed the concentration of the gel of aloe vera at 75% was more effected to treat the infective area of skin with T.verrucos

In this paper, silicon carbonitried thin films were prepared by the method of photolysis of the silane (SiH4) and ethylene (C2H4) gases, with and without ammonia gas (NH3), which is represented by the ratio between the (PNH3) and (PSiH4 + PC2H4 + PNH3), (which assign by the letter X), X has the values (0, 0.13, 0.33). This method carried out by using TEA-CO2 laser, on glass substrate at (375 oC), deposition rate (0.416-0.833) nm/pulse thin film thickness of (500-1000) nm.
