Scorpions and spiders belong to the class Arachnida in phylum Arthropoda. Scorpions are easily distinguished by median eyes on obvious the center of the carapace and have one pair, and lateral eyes have 2-8 in some species. Scorpions do not have good eyesight so the median eyes have always been simple and they are more sensitive than the lateral pairs. A spherical-statistical optical model (SOM) has been used to calculate and evaluate the neutron interaction with medium nuclei (40 ). Empirical formulae of the optical potentials parameters are predicted with minimize accuracy compared with experimental bench work data. With these optical formulae an evaluation of the shape and compound elastic scattering cross-section of interaction neutrons with ⁵⁶Fe nuclei at different energy range (1-20) MeV has been calculated and compared with experimental results. Also, volume integrals for real and imaginary potential energies have been evaluated and matched with the standard ABAREX code. Good agreements with have been achieved with the available experimental data.

Myrtle plant was washed, dried, and powdered after harvesting to produce a fine powder that was used in water treatment. created an alcoholic extract from the myrtle plant using ethanol, which was then analyzed using GC-Mass, Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy, and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy to identify the active components. Zinc nanoparticles were created using alcoholic extract. We used FTIR, UV-Vis, SEM, EDX, and TEM to characterize zinc nanoparticles. Using a continuous processing procedure, zinc nanoparticles with myrtle extract and powder were employed to clean polluted water containing heavy metals.
