In the present study twenty samples of human urine were taken
from healthy male and female with different of: ages, occupation and
place of residence. These samples were collected from the hospital to
measure the concentration of radon gas in human urine by using one
of solid state nuclear track detectors LR-115.
The results obtained of the concentrations of radon in healthy human
urine are varying from 2.12×10-3 Bq.l-1 to 4.42×10-3 Bq.l-1 and
these values are less than the allowed limits 12.3×10-3 Bq.l-1.
A procedure for the mutual derivatization and determination of thymol and Dapsone was developed and validated in this study. Dapsone was used as the derivatizing agent for the determination of thymol, and thymol was used as the derivatizing agent for the determination of Dapsone. An optimization study was performed for the derivatization reaction; i.e., the diazonium coupling reaction. Linear regression calibration plots for thymol and Dapsone in the direct reaction were constructed at 460 nm, within the concentration range of 0.3-7 μg ml-1 for thymol and 0.3-4 μg ml-1 for Dapsone, with limits of detection 0.086 and 0.053 μg ml-1, respectively. Corresponding plots for the cloud point extraction of thymol and Dapsone were constructed

Thanks for people's God who brought the great book, prays and peace for
his prophet "Mohammad" the master of missioners to all people.
Allah created human being in it's best way and give him a soul thus ,
he will be a human with faith that has movement and life and the centre of his
soul is the sense which differentiate human from other animals. This
sensation generated from different senses that made the soul.
God had given him a protected heart, talkative tounge and clear seeing
to understand with consideration, so he will prevent himself of falling in wrong
by thinking and situation that he will pass by.
The significance and probability of sensation had talken our attention in
Qur'an . Hence
The development of analytical techniques is required for the accurate and comprehensive detection and measurement of antibiotic contamination in the environment. Metronidazole is a common antibacterial, antiprotozoal, and antibiotic drug. Thiamine is a vital biological and medicinal ingredient that is involved in the metabolism of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates that produce energy. The study aims to identify the drugs in a mixture without separation to provide more information to confirm if a drug is present in a combination. Metronidazole and thiamine are two examples of pharmaceutical and environmental samples that can be identified using spectrophotometric techniques because of their low cost and simplicity of use. A method for determining volatile components known as Headspace chromatography (HS-GC) was developed along with an internal standard method (ISM) to identify ethanol in fermented broth in the laboratory. The aim of this research is determining the concentration of ethanol in fermented broth using capillary column (ZB-1). This method can analyze ethanol concentrations in the fermented medium broth ranging from 10 to 200 g/L. The validation of this method was done in order to obtain the results to be of high precision and the significant, precision was represented as the relative standard deviation (RSD) which

The proposed method was simply depended on charge transfer reaction between reduced CLO (n-donor) and metol (N-methyl-p-aminophenol sulfate) as a chromogenic reagent (π- acceptor). The reduced drug, with zinc and concentrated hydrochloric acid, produced a purple colored soluble charge-transfer complex with metol in the presence of sodium metaperiodate in neutral medium, which has been measured at λmax 532 nm. All the variables which affected the developed and the stability of the colored product such as concentration of reagent and oxidant, temperature and time of rea
