A metal mandrel was designed for manufacturing the cathodes of high power electron tube ( Tetrode ) used in broadcasting transmitting tubes type TH558 and CQS200.The cathodes were manufactured in the present work from thoriated tungsten wires ( 2? Objective: To evaluate the functional outcomes after extended curettage and reconstruction using a combination of bone graft and bone cement (sandwich). Methodology: In this prospective case series 16 skeletally mature patients with primary giant cell tumor around the knee were included. Patients with previous surgically treated, malignant transformation, degenerative knee changes and those presenting with pathological fracture were excluded. Hybrid Transform. The algorithms examined in this paper do not require a DC estimation
method or interpolation. The reconstruction achieved using matrix manipulation based on
Modified Hybrid transform. Also adopted in this paper smart matrix (Detection Matrix) to detect
the missing blocks for the purpose of rebuilding it. We further asses the performance of the
