Objective: The aims of present study to detect the effectiveness of instruction program of non-pharmacological guideline on blood pressure and laboratory test.

Methodology: A pre-experimental study was conducted in Al-Sader Teaching Hospital   from 8^th of September 2019 to 25^th of May 2020, in order to find out the effectiveness of instruction program concerning non-pharmacological guideline on controlling essential hypertension among patients. This technique is expressed in two forms: the hypothesis and the implications of linguistic and non-linguistic rules. factors F(q) of the ground state for some odd mass nuclei in the 2s 1d shell, such
as K Mg Al Si 19 25 27 29 , , , and P 31
have been calculated based on the use of
occupation numbers of the states and the single particle wave functions of the
harmonic oscillator potential with size parameters chosen to reproduce the observed
root mean square charge radii for all considered nuclei. It is found that introducing
