The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of a computerized program in developing mathematical skills among the first cycle students in basic education schools in the Sultanate of Oman. The two researchers used the quasi-experimental approach on an intentional sample consisting of (40) male and female students at Al Kawakeb School for Basic Education (1-4).     In this research, the study of thermal treating by laser, plasma glow discharge and tubular furnace on Ti-6Al-4V alloy coated with hydroxyapatite by methods of dip coating and electrophoretic deposition .A group of samples was coated by dip coating and another group was coated by electrophoretic deposition. The first group was treated by pulse laser 10 (mJ) as energy for samples from both coating with uniform distributed pulses on every single sample surface, The second thermal treating was made by plasma glow discharge in a locally made system with argon atmosphere, 600 Volt , and 6 cm distance between the electrodes, The third treating was made by tubular furnace in air atmosphere and 400 °C for 1 hour duration. Through the research, I have briefly discussed the life of Imam Ali and
indicated the interpretation of the Qur'an by language and terminology, the
importance and characteristics of Sahabas', may Allah be pleased with them,
interpretation of the Qur'an. Also, the sayings of Imam Ali, wich included the
explanatory interpretation of the Qur'an by the Qura'n, Sunnah, language, and
correct opinion. I have also indicated the reasons of the Quran's revelation
and the readings of the Qura'n that had been received from him including the
interpretive meaning these readings revealed. Finally, I concluded my
research with the most important results and recommends.

The method of heavy metals deposition which is based on cobalt in detection of Carbonic anhydrase enzyme in the Sulcus median in the hid brain (fourth ventricle) in the adult white rat (Rutts rutts).
