This paper concerned with study the effect of a graphite micro powder mixed in the kerosene dielectric fluid during powder mixing electric discharge machining (PMEDM) of high carbon high chromium AISI D2 steel. The type of electrode (copper and graphite), the pulse current and the pulse-on time and mixing powder in kerosene dielectric fluid are taken as the process main input parameters. This study aimed to evaluate the occurrence of microbial contamination in food keeping freezers in some local markets in Baghdad city/ Iraq, as well as the contamination of the hands of workers in markets, and the possibility of contamination caused by the transport of food. 30 samples of snow ice found in food keeping freezers in local markets was randomly collected, and 30 swabs from workers hands were taken from the same markets at the same time. This paper discusses the limitation of both Sequence Covering Array (SCA) and Covering Array (CA) for testing reactive system when the order of parameter-values is sensitive. In doing so, this paper proposes a new model to take the sequence values into consideration. Accordingly, by superimposing the CA onto SCA yields another type of combinatorial test suite termed Multi-Valued Sequence Covering Array (MVSCA) in a more generalized form. This superimposing is a challenging process due to NP-Hardness for both SCA and CA. Motivated by such a challenge, this paper presents the MVSCA with a working illustrative example to show the similarities and differences among combinatorial testing methods. Consequently, the MVSCA is a
