PDF Lab-On-a-Chip an integrated microfluidic device sensitive low-Cost, and Rapid with a syringe pump for Analysis of Ibuprofen
...Show More Authors

Abstract: Microfluidic devices present unique advantages for the development of efficient drug assay and screening. The microfluidic platforms might offer a more rapid and cost-effective alternative. Fluids are confined in devices that have a significant dimension on the micrometer scale. Due to this extreme confinement, the volumes used for drug assays are tiny (milliliters to femtoliters).

In this research, a microfluidic chip consists of micro-channels carved on substrate materials built by using Acrylic (Polymethyl Methacrylate, PMMA) chip was designed using a Carbon Dioxide (CO2) laser machine. The CO2 parameters have influence on the width, depth, roughness of the chip. In order to have regular channel surface, and low roughness  the laser power (60 W),  with scanning speed (250 m/s)  for allows us to obtain microchannels with a minimum diameter of width  (450 µm),  depth of the channels was 89.4 µm and( Arithmetic Average Roughness Ra = 2.3), (Relative roughness, Ɛ = 5%) surface roughness with high accuracy and good surface quality.

The functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotubes (F-MWCNTs) was used to enhance the drug signal inorder to detect very tiny Ibuprofen concentration. In this work, laser microfluidic sensor have high accuracy in Ibuprofen detection compared to the traditional method(UV-VIS) spectrophotometer with LOD equal to 0.25  nM, 1000µM respectively.

Certain Assessment of Using MWCNT Nps in Drilling Fluid to Mitigate Stick-Slip Problem during Drilling Operation System
...Show More Authors

Stick- slip is the continuous stopping& release of the Bit/BHA due to the irregular down-hole rotation prompted by the existing relationship between the friction torque and the torque applied from the surface to free the bit.

Friction coefficient between BHA and wellbore is the main player of stick slip amount, which can be mitigated by support a good lubricators as additives in drilling mud.

Mathematical (or empirical) solves should be done through adjusting all parameters which supposed to reduce stick- slip as low as possible using different models, one of the main parameters is drilling mud. As per Nanoparticles drilling fluid is a new technology that offers high performance

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the role of ethical leadership in achieving comprehensive quality standards in public education schools in the Al-Ardha governorate. To achieve this goal, the descriptive approach was used, the researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (35) items, divided into two sections: the first one is related to ethical leadership includes (17) items, and the second section relates to total quality management includes (18) items. The research sample consisted of (405) teachers from the stages of public education. The results showed that the level of ethical leadership practice (ethical personal characteristics, ethical administrative features, teamwork, and human rela

The objective of the study is to study how to employ performance evaluation in achieving organizational integrity and the impact of performance evaluation on achieving organizational integrity. In light of this, the following questions were raised:

Are the dimensions of organizational integrity available in the field in question?

In order to answer the research questions, a questionnaire questionnaire was distributed to the sample of 30 members of the teaching staff at the Technical Institute in Mosul. The three-dimensional Lycert scale was used. The statistical methods were used, ie, the frequency distribution, the computational circles, the standard deviations, Pearson), simple

Abstract<p>This study aims to know the types of insects belonging to the Sphaeroceridae family. During this study, one species registered for this family for the first time to Iraq (New genus and species). It is using two methods of killing are injurious machine (knife) and toxic substance (strychnine). Four areas within Karbala governorate studied and identified to know their spread and time of presence on the body during the stages of decomposition. During this experiment, the bodies of dogs used to identify types of insects attracted to the body during four seasons. The results indicated the presence of the species Pullimosina heteroneura (Haliday, 1836) in the firs</p> ... Show More
