Hong-Ou-Mandel Dip Measurements of Two Independent Weak Coherent Pulses for Free Space Quantum Key Distribution Systems

Preparation of identical independent photons is the core of many quantum applications such as entanglement swapping and entangling process. In this work, Hong-Ou-Mandel experiment was performed to evaluate the degree of indistinguishability between independent photons generated from two independent weak coherent sources working at 640 nm. The visibility was 46%, close to the theoretical limit of 50%. The implemented setup can be adopted in quantum key distribution experiments carried out with free space as the channel link, as all the devices and components used are operative in the visible range of the electromagnetic spectrum.

Estimation of The Zenith Path Delay using RTK-DGPS measurements

In this paper, the method of estimating the variation of Zenith Path Delay (ZPD) estimation method will be illustrate and evaluate using Real Time Kinematic Differential Global Positioning System (RTK-DGPS). The GPS provides a relative method to remotely sense atmospheric water vapor in any weather condition. The GPS signal delay in the atmosphere can be expressed as ZPD. In order to evaluate the results, four points had been chosen in the university of Baghdad campus to be rover ones, with a fixed Base point. Error Analysis of Stonex X300 Laser Scanner Close-range Measurements

       In this paper, investigations were carried out on the effects of simultaneous partial substitution of Tl at the Hg site on the physical properties of an Hg1-xTlxBa2Ca2Cu3O8+δ cuprate superconductor with x= 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4. Two steps of the solid state reaction method were used to prepare samples in capsule. Another Type of Fuzzy Inner Product Space

    In this paper, we generalize the definition of fuzzy inner product space that is introduced by Lorena Popa and Lavinia Sida on a complex linear space. Certain properties of the generalized fuzzy inner product function are shown. Furthermore, we prove that this fuzzy inner product produces a Nadaban-Dzitac fuzzy norm. Finally, the concept of orthogonality is given and some of its properties are proven.

Properties of a General Fuzzy Normed Space
