The aim of this study was the production of aspartame by using immobilized thermolysin in bentonite clay. The yield of immobilized thermolysin in bentonite was 92% of the original enzyme amount. pH profile of free and immobilized enzyme was 7.0 and 7.5 respectively which was stable at 6.5-9.0 for 30min. The optimum temperature of both enzymes was 50°C, while they were stable at 65°C for 30min. however, they lost 52.73 and 61.72% from its main activity at 80°C respectively. The proposed algorithm that is presented in this paper is based on using the principle of texts translation from one language to another, but I will develop this meaning to cipher texts by using any electronic dictionary as a tool of ciphering based on the locations of the words that text contained them in the dictionary. Then convert the text file into picture file, such as BMP-24 format. The picture file will be transmitted to the receiver. The same algorithm will be used in encryption and decryption processing in forward direction in the sender, and in backward direction in the receiver. The major goal of this research is to see if rice husk (Rh) waste and pomegranate peels (PP) waste are suitable for anaerobic digestion and what effect NaOH pre-treatment has on biogas generation. In this research study the effect of irradiation by (CW) CO2 laser on some optical properties of (Cds) doping by Ni thin films of (1)µm thickness has been prepared by heat evaporation method.
