Safe drinking water is essential for the present and future generations' health. This study aims to assess drinking water quality in Baghdad's Al-Rusafa neighborhood. Water samples were taken from 32 neighborhoods on this side. The quality of the examined potable water samples differed depending on the water source. This investigation's pH, chlorine, EC, TDS, TSS, Cd, and Pb levels were below acceptable ranges. TDS levels in Al-Mada'in are more significant than acceptable (>600ppm) water levels.    This research includes the histochemical study of the cestode, Bothriocephalus acheilognathi in order to determine location and concentration of the polymorphism of the calcareous corpuscles in different tissues and organs of  the above mentioned cestode. In general, it was noticed abundance polymorphism in calcareous corpuscles, which appeared in the shape of spread clusters, oval structures and floats in location in biological units such as longitudinal muscles, mesenchymal tissue and reproductive organs. Plasma physics and digital image processing technique (DIPT) were utilized in this research to show the effect of the cold plasma (plasma needle) on blood cells. The second order statistical features were used to study this effect. Different samples were used to reach the aim of this paper; the patients have leukemia and their leukocytes number was abnormal. By studying the results of statistical features (mean, variance, energy and entropy), it is concluded that the blood cells of the sample showed a good response to the cold plasma.
