Combination therapy with a dipeptidyl peptidase–4 inhibitor and metformin or metformin+ glibenclamide results in substantial and additive glucose- lowering effects in Iraqis patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus . This idea is applied to the traditional rigid blank-holder, so flexible blank-holder (FBH) idea can be obtained.
