ABSTRACT : This research involves the synthesis of five to seven heterocyclic compounds starting with Schiff’s bases which derived from oxime as a starting material. 1.3-oxazepine derivatives were prepared from adding different anhydrides to the Schiff bases, tetrazole and thiazolidinone derivatives synthesized from add sodium azide and thioglycolic acid to the same Schiff’s bases as a five members ring. Pyrimidine derivatives were prepared after the reaction of the azomethine group with acetyl chloride and then urea and thiourea to synthesis on derivatives contain the six members ring. Another step included identified and confirmed these compounds by FT- IR, 1HNMR, TLC and 13CNMR finally, step included the assay of biological activity

The characteristics of compounds include F.A.A, (C. H .N and O), 1H & 13C-NMR, IR, LC-Mass , UV-Vis spectral, DSC/TGA curve, the measurements of magnetic, and molar conductance. Each complex has an amount of [1:1] [M:L] and does not contain electrolytes. Based on the obtained results, molecular structural and geometry have been octahedral geometry suggest of Pt(IV) complex and tetrahedral of Ni (II)complex, the square planar of both Pd(II) and Au(III

Background: Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is an adult leukemia characterized by rapid proliferation of undifferentiated myeloid precursors, leading to bone marrow (BM) failure and impaired erythropoiesis. The p53 tumor suppressor protein regulates cell division and inhibits tumor development by preventing cell proliferation of altered or damaged DNA. It orchestrates various cellular reactions, including cell cycle arrest, DNA repair, and antioxidant properties. Objectives: To investigate the relationship of P53 serum level with hematological findings, remission, and survival status in de novo AML patients. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study that enrolled 63 newly diagnosed de novo AML patients, and 15 sex- and age-matched healt

There is no specific information about studying this bacterium in local rabbits. Hypothesis: The present study was based on Bacteriological and Histopathological changes in the trachea and lung of local rabbits after Samples were collected from 50 unhealthy animals that appear to be suffering from respiratory signs. Aim: To study the bacteria that were isolated for the first time from sheep suffering from respiratory infections, and diagnose them through Vitk2. Methods: We injected them into a group of local rabbits and studied the histopathological changes in the trachea and lungs. d

A series of air-stable complexes with distinctive octahedral moieties was created by equal molar ratio (1:1:1). The formation of these compounds was verified using detecting analysis techniques incorporating mass spectra, which validated the achieved geometries. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) analysis demonstrated how the ligands (H2L and bipyridyl) are chelated as tridentate (ONO) and bidentate (NN) groups, respectively and the coordination with the metal ions. The HSP70 play a direct role in apoptosis inhibition by aligning the improved integrity of a cell’s proteins with the improved chances of that particular cell’s survival.P21 gene produces p21 protein which is a potent cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor that plays a significant role in carcinogenesis. The aims of the study were to evaluate and compare the immun-histochemical expression of the HSP70 and cell cycle protein p21in NOM, OED, and OSCC. Correlate both marker expressions with each other. The aim of this study was to fabricate and characterize simple 3D‐printed poly lactic acid (PLA) scaffolds coated with nanoHydroxyapatite (nHA), Naringin (NAR), or their combination, and testing their morphological, chemical, mechanical, antibacterial, biocompatible and bioactive properties. Methodology: Two variants pore sizes, 300 and 700 μm, of 3D‐printed PLA disc scaffolds measuring (10 × 1 mm) were fabricated. These scaffolds were dip‐coated with nHA, NAR, or both (nHA/NAR).
