This study aims to determine the petrophysical characteristics of the three wells in the Kifl Oilfield, central Iraq. The well logs were used to characterize hydrocarbon reservoirs to assess the hydrocarbon prospectivity, designate hydrocarbon and water-bearing zones, and determine the Nahr Umr Formation's petrophysical parameters. The Nahr Umr reservoir mainly consists of sandstone at the bottom and has an upper shale zone containing a small proportion of oil. The geophysical logs data from three oil wells include gamma-ray, resistivity, neutron, density, acoustic, and spontaneous potential logs.    A histological study was conducted to examine the structure of rhombencephalon (Cerebellum) in Columba livia gaddi (Gmeiin, 1789).  The result showed that the cerebellum is aportion of the brain lying behind the cerebrum, the surface of the cerebellum contains deep folds.  The cerebellum consists of two regions a cerebellar cortex that is called gray matter composed of three major layers from the outside to the inside, as follows: molecular layer, Purkinje cells layer and granular layer, the second region of cerebellum called medulla. The isotretinoin drug is 13-cis-retinoic acid, is the treatment of severe acne and some skin cancers and used for dermatological conditions, this study was designed to detect the toxic role of the isotretinoin on the intrauterine development after implantation in albino mice during pregnancy. There are very little studies which indicating the side-effect of this drug on intra-uterine growth, so in the present research we tried to study the toxic effect of isotretinoin on the endometrial changes of uterus during the 2nd. and 3rd. trimester of gestation in pregnant mice after treatment with single chronic dose of the Isotretinoin drug (20 mg/B.wt) from first day of gestation until 21 days the last day of gestation.

A new flow injection spectrophotometric method is described for the determination of copper ion Cu(II) in water samples (tap water and river water).The proposed method based on the formation of red complex [Cu(L)2(NO3)2] which has a maximum absorption at λmax=490 nm. Linear range for Cu (II) was from 5-70μg/mL with detection limit 2.55μg/mL.
