The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of special exercises according to the difficulty of the training unit on developing some physical abilities and on the achievement of a 200-meter run. The present study had a parallel group, experimental design. In the present study, 200m sprinters constituted the population and research community. The study was conducted in the clubs of the province of Baghdad. A total of 12 runners were recruited as the sample for the study by the intentional method. Objectives: The main objective of this study is to find the influence level of nursing incivility on psychological well-being among nurses in southeastern Iraq.

Methods: In this descriptive correlational study, a convenience sample of 250 nurses working in three government hospitals in Missan province in the south of Iraq were surveyed using the nursing incivility scale (NIS) and Ryff's psychological well-being scale (PWB) from November 2021, to July 2022. The structural, optical properties of copper oxide thin films ( CuO) thin films which have been prepared by thermal oxidation with exist air once and oxygen another have been studied. Structural analysis results of Cu thin films demonstrate that the single phase of Cu with high a crystalline structure with a preferred orientation (111). X-ray diffraction results confirm the formation of pure (CuO) phase in both methods of preparation.
