The Matlab program is used to apply the results, the input parameters were eccentricity (0–1), mean anomaly (0–360)°, and finally the parameter W (1–13). This method depends on measuring absorbance at two wavelengths, 296 nm and 278 nm, which correspond to the λ_max of VCS and BSA in deionized water, respectively.
