Purpose: Determining and identifying the relationships of smart strategic education systems and their potential effects on sustainable success in managing clouding electronic business networks according to green, economic and environmental logic based on vigilance and awareness of the strategic mind.

Design: Designing a hypothetical model that reveals the role and investigating audit and cloud electronic governance according to a philosophy that highlights smart strategic learning processes, identifying its assumptions in cloud spaces, choosing its tools, what it costs to devise expert minds, and strategic intelligence.

Methodology:

Granulation Technique for Gamma Alumina Catalyst Support was employed in inclined disk granulator (IDG), rotary drum granulator (RD) and extrusion – spheronization equipments .Product with wide size range can be produced with only few parameters like rpm of equipment, ratio of binder and angle of inclination. This study focuses on the use of an optimum amount of Sodium Polyacrylate (SP) for designing cement slurry with the high performance of rheological properties and displacement efficiency. A laboratory study has been carried out on the cement slurry which prepared with SP as superabsorbent polymer. SP has been providing an internal water source that helps in the hydration process, and curing and ultimately increases the cement strength. Also improves the cement performance by improving the cement stability. Several batches were prepared to determine the proper amount of SP to add it in the cement slurry. Also, we studied its effect on cement density, amount of free water in order to observe the rheological properties, and thickening time.

For the purpose of verifying the objective of the research, the researcher put the following zero hypothesis: There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the mean score of experimental group who study according to the (S.N.I.P.S) strategy, and the mean score of control group who study according to the traditional method in the achievement test.
