Radiation measuring devices need to process calibration which
lose their sensitivity and the extent of the response and the amount of
stability under a changing conditions from time to time and this
period depends on the nature and use of field in which used devices.
A comparison study was done to a (451P) (ionization chamber
survey meter) and this showed the variation of calibration factor in
five different years. This study also displayed the concept of
radiation instrument calibration and necessity of every year
calibration of them.

The importance of research stems from the prominent role of leaders in the political, administrative, economic and societal spheres in general, which requires highlighting this angle. Research Hypothesis Modern policies work with mechanisms that limit the clear role of governors and transform the ruler into an executive man. It can be assumed that the type of public policy of the state is the only criterion that transfers the ruler from a ruler to an executive.

The acidity of spent lubricant was treated using sodium hydroxide solution. The effect of three variables on the treatment have been studied . These are mixing time rangingfrom 5-35 minutes, NaOH to lubricant weight ratio ranging from  0.25-1.25 and weight percentage  of NaOH ranging from  2-6 % .

The experimental design of Box-Wilson method is adopted to find a useful relationship between the three controllable variables and the lowering in the acidity of the spent lubricant. Then the effective variables and interactions are identified using the statistical analysis(F-test) of  three variable fractional design. The mathematical model is well represented  by a second order polynomial.

   Finite element method is the most widely numerical technique used in engineering field. Through the study of behavior of concrete material properties, various concrete constitutive laws  and failure criteria have been developed to model the behavior of concrete. A feature of the Finite Element program (ATENA) is used in this study to model the behavior of UHPC corbel under concentrated load only. The Finite Element (FE) model is followed by verification against experimental results. Some variable effects on the shear capacity of the UHPC corbels are also demonstrated in a parametric study. A proposed design equation of shear strength of UHPC corbel was presented and checked with numerical results.
 

This is a survey study that presents recent researches concerning factional controllers. It presents several types of fractional order controllers, which are extensions to their integer order counterparts. The fractional order PID controller has a dominant importance, so thirty-one paper are presented for this controller. The local asphalt concrete fracture properties represented by the fracture energy, J-integral, and stress intensity factor are calculated from the results of the three point bending beam test made for pre notches beams specimens with deformation rate of 1.27 ^mm/min. The results revealed that the stress intensity factor has increased by more than 40% when decreasing the testing temperature 10˚C and increasing the notch depth from 5 to 30^mm. The change of asphalt type and content have a limited effect of less than 6%.
