A simple, precise, rapid, and accurate reversed – phase high performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of guaifenesin in pure from pharmaceutical formulations.andindustrial effluent. Chromatography was carried out on supelco L7 reversed- phase column (25cm × 4.6mm), 5 microns, using a mixture of methanol –acetonitrile-water: (80: 10 :10 v/v/v) as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml.min-1. In this paper, experimental study has been done for temperature distribution in space conditioned with Ventilation Hollow Core Slab (TermoDeck) system. The experiments were carried out on a model room with dimensions of (1m 1.2m 1m) that was built according to a suitable scale factor of (1/4). The temperature distributions was measured by 59 thermocouples fixed in several locations in the test room. Two cases were considered in this work,  the first one during unoccupied period at night time (without external load) and the other at day period with external load of 800W/m² according to solar heat gain calculations during summer season in Iraq. The aim of this work was to estimate the concentrations of natural and artificial nuclides in some fertilized and unfertilized plant samples. These samples were collected and prepared in a petri dish for the measurements using gamma spectroscopy. The average values of 238U, 232Th, 40K, and 137Cs for the unfertilized plant samples were (11.964 ± 3.226, 8.273 ± 2.639, 402.436 ± 18.099, and 2.761 ± 1.613) respectively, and for the fertilized plant samples were (30.434 ± 5.282, 22.584 ± 4.620, 711.332 ± 25.806, and 6.986 ± 2.542) respectively. In the  present  work  , the a2 - ratio  method  has  been used  to calculate the multipole mixing  ratios , 5 - values • of y - transitions from excited levels of deformation  nucleiL-. ( 152Sm ) .

The results obtained confirm the validity of this method in calculating the o - values .

Amiodarone hydrochloride (AH) has been determined spectrophotometrically Using methyl orange (MO).  In our previous researches MO was used for determination of Mexiletine Hydrochloride [1]. The method based on complexation between MO and AH.  After shaking and diluting the complex solution with D.W, the pH was adjusted with NaOH and HCl to pH 3. The colored complex formed between AH and the reagent were transferred into separating funnels and extracted using 5.5ml CH2Cl2 and were shaken for (5 minutes).  The extracted organic layer was used for preparation of the calibration curves for spectrophotometric measurements of AH at 434nm.  The blanks were carried out in exactly the same way throughout the whole procedure.&n

In the current study, the researchers have been obtained Bayes estimators for the shape and scale parameters of Gamma distribution under the precautionary loss function, assuming the priors, represented by Gamma and Exponential priors for the shape and scale parameters respectively. Moment, Maximum likelihood estimators and Lindley’s approximation have been used effectively in Bayesian estimation.

Based on Monte Carlo simulation method, those estimators are compared depending on the mean squared errors (MSE’s). The results show that, the performance of Bayes estimator under precautionary loss function with Gamma and Exponential priors is better than other estimates in all cases.
